I can't promise that you'll get a response. The asymmetrical nature of email makes it difficult to craft a response to every email I get. My priority is my work, so that means some emails are read, but left unanswered. But I do the best I can.
If it is urgent, please put the words "Time Sensitive" or "Urgent" in your subject and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
